Our policies, in plain terms
The ground rules we follow on every visit, so you know what to expect before we arrive.
Lockout policy
- A $50 lockout fee applies when our cleaners cannot access your home.
Rate adjustments
- Rates are based on the condition and size of the home.
- Adjustments may occur if cleaning takes longer than the original estimate.
- After the second cleaning, pricing may be updated if the home differs significantly from expectations.
Additional policies
- Flat-screen TV fronts are not dusted.
- Fragile or high-risk items are not moved.
- Wet-wipe cleaning applies only to surfaces with six or fewer items.
- Excessive décor or wall-mounted frames are not moved.
- We use our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Furniture surfaces
- Toys, clothing, and personal items

Basic cleaning
- Dust reachable surfaces
- Dust fans, lamps, picture frames, and windowsills
- Vacuum carpets
- Sweep & mop floors
- Clean mirrors
- Empty trash
Bathrooms
- Dust & disinfect all surfaces
- Clean showers, tubs, and toilets (inside/out)
- Vacuum & mop floors
Add-on services
- Refrigerator shelves/drawers$38–$65
- Garage sweep/clean$35–$80
- Window interiors$20–$65 each
- Oven interior$40–$75
- Spot wall cleaning$70–$90 per area
